Return requests
Hardware return requests are reviewed against model, specification, packaging and installation condition because compatibility errors can damage components.
Return requests should be submitted within 30 days of delivery and must be approved before an item is sent back.
Eligibility review
- Products generally must be unused, unopened and in original saleable packaging.
- Opened consumables, e-liquids, nicotine products and final-sale items may be excluded where permitted.
- Missing components, damaged packaging or signs of use can affect eligibility.
- Return shipping costs may apply unless the store supplied the wrong or damaged item.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is inspected. Processing time depends on the payment provider.
